Samhain Night (Halloween)

We gather here on Samhain night
To remember those who've passed from this life
Not with us in body, but their spirit lives on
They live in our hearts, so never they're gone
The circle is cast, created with love
Surrounds us with energy
Below and above
Within its protection we celebrate our Rite
We walk with the spirits
On Samhain night
Lord of the Harvest, Lord of the Sun
This night of your passing
But the Wheel not undone
Never-ending cycle; life-death-rebirth
Though the dark of the year
It's how nature works
For we know the cycle, as forever it shall be
The Wheel of the Year
Circling infinitely
With our Rite, we will mourn your death
This Samhain night
So by your Spirit we're blessed
Great Lord of the Sun, we await your return
